To celebrate our Nation's country's 240th birthday, Pack 100 visited Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, FL to watch the Palm Beach Cardinals play against the St. Lucie Mets, and to enjoy a tailgate party with our charter organization's Men's Group. During the singing of the National Anthem, a few Cub Scouts from Pack 774 of Jupiter, FL, presented the colors on the Pitcher's Mound. It was great for our Scouts to see other Scouts practicing their good citizenship. While the game played, the Scouts and families of Pack 100 socialized, talking and joking with each other, and every so often watch foul balls go over our heads. After the St. Lucie Mets defeated the Cardinals in the 10th inning, with a final score of 4-2, we enjoyed a fireworks show set to the patriotic music of John Philip Souza's "Stars and Stripes Forever." Happy Birthday USA!
